Civic Dinners customers can expect many exciting product developments in 2021 — and we’re kicking off the new year with a brand new Admin Site and Dashboard that you’ll see live in mid-February. Designed to centralize the customer experience, the Admin Site serves as your “home” for all things Civic Dinners.

If you’re like most Civic Dinners customers, you love your data!
When you log into your new Admin Site, you’ll immediately see the primary data points most customers use to report back to management and other internal stakeholders. These high level KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) include the total number of dinners, as well as the total count of hosts and guests in attendance.
Looking to dive deeper into your data? Head over to the Analytics section of your Admin Site to see trends over time, and to filter your data by time period, conversation topic and more.
On the Analytics page, you’ll also find the My Downloads section, where you can quickly access any of the following CSVs you’ve requested:
Another key aspect of the Admin Site involves centralizing the management of all events your organization hosts on the Civic Dinners platform.
Under the Dinners page, you’ll find two tabs, one for upcoming events and the other for past events. See how many guests are registered, which events are full, and invite or manage guests with just a few clicks. Guest lists can also be generated and downloaded directly from this page.
The Conversations page of your Admin Site serves as a repository of all assets associated with your conversations, so you have everything you need right at your fingertips.
From here, you’ll be able to access the Host Guides and survey results for each conversation, as well as quickly make changes to your conversation details and custom content, like post-dinner emails.
