How it works
Once you choose your journey and sign up yourself, your team, or your whole company, here's what happens next:
1. You'll activate your Inclusivv Membership
Upon your purchase, you'll get access to the journey you chose and a link to activate your membership, allowing you to start getting tailored content every month.
2. You'll enroll in and complete facilitator training
The Inclusivv Facilitator Training, which consists of a four-part set of modules given during a live training, can be enrolled in once your membership has been activated.
3. You'll be invited to participate in monthly membership conversations
After completing the facilitator training, Inclusivv will invite you to take part in monthly membership conversations that are held online. In these conversations, you'll practice moderating breakout sessions and establishing psychologically safe environments.
4. You'll start receiving monthly conversation guides
Each month, you'll get a conversation host guide for the month's topic along with your invitation to participate in the membership conversation. You can start using the guides to lead your team's monthly conversations on your own.
5. You'll be able to collect feedback, data & insights
Before you start having conversations with your team, Inclusivv recommends you send a baseline survey to every potential participant to gain information on the current state of psychological safety, belonging, engagement, and awareness of important issues. The survey should then be redone after six months to gauge progress.
